We have 2 Vmax540's and 1 Phazer II with different Kimpex Vantage 121" tracks all have the adjuster bolt nuts backed all the way out (axle forward) in order to get the track installed. The tracks are so tight that they are already too tight, any ideas ?

I'm not sure here but, I thought some phazers shared the 116 in track that the '80-'82 SRV's used. If it came off a Phazer, are you sure it isn't one of those?

Ok, now that I thought about it for a while, above is probably not it. How tight is too tight? Their never easy to get back in, I have used a ratchet strap to pull backwards on the track to get a little more room. I've also used a strap to pull down ( collapse) the sus. some, that depends on the design of the sus.
When I put the Xtra 10's in my Yammi's I move the mounting holes forwards a bit then use the rear wheel bolts which on Pol. are very long to take up the slack simply because I tend to take things a part more often then I should

To get the right tension on the track, my wheels are almost all the way back.

All 3 are stock sleds with stock suspensions/idlers and all 3 have been run at least several hunderd miles and still with the adjusters all the way out the tracks are tight.
