Polaris Set up on SRX 440

I really like the polaris clutch set up on my 540 max and was wondering how to do it on my srx 440. We talked about this last year , also i could post pics of my set up for you guys but no ones snow crazy like me yet but its almost the end of october!! That means if you have a ton of work to do like me that we have about 4 weeks to get ready which isnt a lot.

Let's see your 540 Polie setup. If it's working on the 540 it should also work on the 440 with some changes in settings.

I am also running a Polaris secondary on my Vmax with a 108 EXP biggest performance improvement I have made to the Vmax,even thou I hate to admit it Polaris makes a great clutch!!

Swap meets are loaded with Polie clutches in good shape. Must be the only thing worth salvaging when the junk the sled.
They are great clutches.

So, does it fit or do we need a different shaft?

You have to get (or make) a different jack shaft for it. Some of the performance shops use to sell the shafts but any machine shop can make one for you.

Jeff, Wheres the differance, Which end or iis it a size/bearing issue
