Dont have any lights at all now

I dont have any lights now....I was screwing around with the console and the pads that go over top of it a few days ago and now i dont have any lights?? Im thinking ground wire to the voltage regulator??

If the regulator ground fails, all the lights get really bright and then burn out.

Are you sure those symptoms match your observations?

Not sure they worked ok until last wenesday when I put the plastic covers that go over the handle bars i could try fixing the voltage regulator ground. Where are the other
grounds on the machine.
