1981 SRX motor conversion to '83 540

I just bought a 1981 SRX rolling chassis and a good 1983 V-Max 540 motor. What tips can you give me as far as doing the bolt in with this combination? Any modifications? Tips on primary/secondary combo? Gearing?

Rob, you will need the wiring harness and CDI Box from a 540 !
